Excel in capybara

i have to attend this Excel 03 basic course (decided by my Company). a two days course. I thought i have never use Excel before so i need to, of cause, start with the basic. turn out, the basic is really for the basic. For people who know, at least, how to use the mouse and keyboard. so i was falling asleep after an expensive lunch and counting down every single minutes until i notice i can do this incredible simple thing : highlighting a cell. And hua la~
